APRENDIZAGEM E GERAÇÃO X e Y: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA

O objetivo deste trabalho é aprofundar a discussão sobre como as gerações X e Y aprendem no contexto organizacional, tendo em vista o cenário competitivo e a necessidade de desenvolvimento gerencial. Para isso utilizou-se a metodologia de uma revisão sistemática da literatura. Como base de dados para a pesquisa foram utilizadas os meta buscadores: web of science e scopus. Entre os resultados obtidos, dezoito estudos são referentes à temática pesquisada. Para a análise dos resultados os artigos foram categorizados em: e-learning, aprendizagem organizacional, estilos de aprendizagem e aprendizagem social.
