ORGANIZAÇÕES VISTAS COMO PRISÕES PSÍQUICAS: REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA

No Mito da Caverna, o prisioneiro é o próprio homem, ele enxerga e acredita apenas em imagens criadas pela cultura, conceitos e informações que recebe durante a vida. A caverna simboliza o mundo, pois apresenta imagens que não representam a realidade. Neste estudo utilizou-se a metáfora das prisões psíquicas para fazer uma analogia com as organizações vistas como prisões psíquicas. A pesquisa baseou-se em autores clássicos como Freud, Platão e Taylor para verificar se atualmente é possível visualizar prisões psíquicas nas organizações. O método utilizado foi uma revisão sistemática da literatura. Como resultados foi possível responder a questão de pesquisa relacionando as publicações sobre o tema prisões psíquicas nas organizações com os seguintes temas: desempenho organizacional, aprendizagem organizacional e mudança organizacional.
