Alinhamento entre sistema de inteligência competitiva e gerenciamento da tecnologia de informação

Em tempo de hiper competitividade entre as empresas, a informação combinada torna-se um importante elemento da ação executiva para o direcionamento competitivo das organizações. Para estas funções a infra-estrutura de TI e o sistema de Inteligência Competitiva, são ferramentais essenciais. Para este trabalho, foi feita uma pesquisa qualitativa, utilizando-se do método de pesquisa estudo de caso numa unidade de multinacional líder no setor de telefonia móvel. Os objetivos do trabalho foram constatar a existência e funcionamento de um sistema de inteligência competitiva, o estilo predominante do gerenciamento da tecnologia da informação e o alinhamento entre o sistema de inteligência competitiva com o estilo de gerenciamento da informação. Os dados indicam que regionalmente a IC é incipiente, o estilo de gerenciamento da TI é feudal, oportunizando sistema de IC em setores mais expressivos da empresa e há desalinhamento entre a TI e a IC. Apesar da matriz possuir a IC institucinalizada, o desalinhamento na regional tem contribuído como esperado, para diminuir a importância e função do sistema de IC nesta unidade.Downloads
