Resumen
Los entornos organizacionales han sufrido importantes cambios ante los avances de la innovación tecnológica en los sectores industriales. Observando este contexto, las startups tecnológicas han utilizado cada vez más recursos tecnológicos y digitales para entregar servicios y/o productos con bajo o nulo impacto en el medio ambiente. Estas organizaciones, llamadas Cleantechs, tienen el papel de hacerse cargo de una tecnología que está intermediando procesos en sectores cruciales de la industria (por ejemplo, agua y saneamiento, energía y eficiencia, aire y medio ambiente, entre otros). A partir de esta coyuntura, el objetivo de este trabajo es presentar un modelo propositivo que englobe el lente teórico de la Agilidad Organizacional (OA) para impulsar la Difusión de la Innovación Tecnológica (DTI) en empresas de tecnologías limpias para la obtención de Ventaja Competitiva (CV). Se realizó un estudio de caso múltiple con enfoque cualitativo con organizaciones Cleantech, apoyado en la técnica de análisis de contenido. Los resultados del trabajo se enmarcan en el modelo propositivo para que las Cleantechs asuman y difundan la innovación tecnológica, posibilitando soluciones sostenibles de bajo o nulo impacto en el medio ambiente a partir de una respuesta ágil al entorno organizacional. Por lo tanto, se concluye que el modelo se sustenta en la perspectiva de OA para modificar el posicionamiento de los gerentes y fundadores, para ampliar el escenario de difusión de la innovación (DTI) y la tecnología en la organización, repercutiendo en nuevas posiciones en el mercado (CVs) . La contribución científica establece una agenda de investigación basada en categorías de trabajo emergentes, que desembocan en avances en el campo de investigación de las organizaciones Cleantech.
