Qualidade nos cursos EAD: estudo bibliográfico sobre as ferramentas de controle

O presente artigo visa estudar as ferramentas de controle de qualidade em EAD (ensino à distância) e investigar quais as teorias existentes na literatura e suas aplicações práticas. Essa investigação foi delineada como uma revisão sistemática da literatura, desenvolvida por meio de levantamento, seleção e leitura de obras relevantes relacionadas ao tema. Como base de dados foi utilizada a Science Direct. Evidências destacam os temas integração com políticas, diretrizes e padrões de qualidade, equipe profissional multidisciplinar, infraestrutura de apoio, avaliação da aprendizagem e avaliação institucional, como os mais citados entre os autores nos últimos dois anos.
