Este artigo apresenta uma proposta voltada à estruturação de um processo de Inteligência Competitiva para uma indústria de pequeno porte, atuante no segmento de ‘Processamento Mínimo de Frutas e Hortaliças’. Para isso, foi realizado um estudo empírico, de caráter descritivo, utilizando-se o estudo de caso único como método de pesquisa para a escolha de uma empresa atuante neste segmento, localizada na cidade de Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. Foram realizadas entrevistas individuais em profundidade, de caráter descritivo e qualitativo, junto aos responsáveis pelas principais decisões estratégias da empresa pesquisada, e os resultados obtidos permitiram compreender o processo atual de monitoramento e análise de informações sobre o seu mercado de atuação, seu uso na tomada de decisão estratégica organizacional, além de possibilitar a proposição de uma estrutura de Inteligência Competitiva com foco nas demandas específicas dessa empresa.Downloads
