Proposta de Intervenções para Melhorias na Gestão de Uma Microempresa de Prestação de Serviços Contábeis

Este relato técnico-científico teve como propósito apresentar sugestões de melhorias na gestão de uma microempresa de prestação de serviços na área contábil localizada na cidade de Paranaíba, estado de Mato Grosso do Sul. Este relato tem como objetivo propor melhorias na administração com o auxílio do software em gestão e melhores em práticas de contratação. Assim, recomenda à empresa a mapear todas as atividades dos setores individuais e descrevê-las num modelo de manual e, posteriormente, identificar um sistema de Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) adequado que lhe auxilie nas rotinas diárias, e na parte de contratação de novo colaborador, fazer um processo mais criterioso, buscado menos evasão posterior. Com isto, espera-se melhorar a gestão da microempresa de prestação de serviços contábeis.Downloads
